Terms of Service
1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using the Impliview Intelligent Audit Management Platform, you represent that you represent an authorized corporate user or entity and agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please refrain from using our services.
2. User Accounts & Responsibilities
To access Impliview, corporate administrators, auditors, HODs, and auditees are assigned designated enterprise accounts. You agree that:
- You are responsible for safeguarding your personal login credentials.
- You are fully accountable for all activities, observation logs, replies, and status updates submitted under your account profile.
- You must adhere to corporate security protocols, including mandatory password updates or force-changes prompted by the system.
- You will immediately notify your Super Admin or Impliview security support of any unauthorized use or credential compromise.
3. Platform Licensing
Impliview is provided under enterprise software licenses. Specific terms include:
- License Validation: Standard access depends on active license configurations. System admins can verify parameters through the Admin Console.
- Role-Scoping: User roles are strictly mapped. Unauthorized attempts to alter departmental hierarchy, assign system rights, or bypass scope controls are prohibited.
- Rights Relocation: If administrative roles or HOD duties migrate, changes must be processed through the platform's secure Transfer of Rights utilities to maintain accountability logs.
4. Audit Trail & Content Ownership
Impliview enforces absolute integrity records. When uploading or entering information:
- All logged observations, action plans, and comments are permanently bound to the original creator. This accountability is maintained even after organizational restructuring or system deletion.
- Corporate entities retain intellectual property rights to the actual content, documents, and evidence files uploaded.
- You represent that all uploaded evidence is accurate, legitimate, and doesn't violate proprietary corporate or third-party rights.
5. Prohibited Activities
Users are strictly prohibited from engaging in acts that compromise the safety, availability, or stability of the platform, including:
- Bypassing role authorization checks, or accessing data belonging to unassigned departments or companies.
- Attempting reverse engineering, security penetration, or vulnerability scanning without written authorization from Impliview.
- Automating bulk collection, scraping, or spamming using API routes or interface components.
6. Disclaimers & Liability Limits
Impliview is designed to streamline compliance workflows and action plans. However:
The platform is provided "as is" and "as available". We do not warrant that audit workflows will be completely error-free or that observations will prevent operational failures. Impliview is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from data entry errors, delayed response actions, or departmental communication lapses.
7. Inquiries & Revisions
We reserve the right to update these terms to reflect feature upgrades or compliance requirements. Your continued use of the platform constitutes acceptance of revised terms. For licensing or service inquiries:
